---ONLINE CLASS TODAY AT 6:30PM---
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT:
1) A dumbbell if you have one. 15 and 22.5kg is the prescribed load. No worries if you do not have a dumbbell, get creative! Plastic jugs, canned food, bottles of water or kettlebell... they all work!
2) Yoga mat for padding if needed.
