YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT:
1. Odd object. This can be a backpack with weight in it (like a water bottle or a dumbbell), a pack of water, a stack of books tied together, or a heavy object from your garden. It can be a dumbbell, kettlebell, or even a barbell if you have one. Get creative!
2. Perhaps a yoga mat for your back side and knees.
3. Jump rope if you have one.
